In 2019, a blizzard trapped Lucas, an entrepreneur shuttling between New York and Tokyo, in a cycle of burnout. Years of high-pressure living left him physically drained and emotionally frozen—until a chance trip to Finland changed everything. Crouched in a lakeside sauna, alternating between steamy heat and icy plunges, he realized: True wellness isn’t about fighting exhaustion, but learning to coexist with warmth.
Returning home, Lucas saw a global crisis: Americans squeezed their last energy drops with “efficient workouts,” Germans fragmented their lives into rigid schedules, and Japanese cycled between overwork and loneliness. “If technology can’t bring us closer to happiness, what’s the point of progress?” Thus, Warmozy was born—a sanctuary to thaw the icy routines of modern life.
